We would like to inform you about the upcoming maintenance on our DDoS protection systems in the ICN04 and TYO01(NRT01) regions, due to a software upgrade aimed at improving system performance and stability.
Please note that this maintenance only affects the ICN04 and TYO01(NRT01) regions. All other regions will remain unaffected.
Please refer to the following details for the schedule and expected impact:
Maintenance Purpose: DDoS protection system software enhancement
Scheduled Time: July 28, 2025, from 03:00 AM to 05:00 AM (KST)
Expected Impact: Brief traffic loss of less than 3–5 minutes during the maintenance window
(A single reset of TCP sessions may occur)
We will perform this operation with minimal impact by leveraging redundant paths where available, and will complete the work as swiftly as possible.
