    We identified an issue caused by Cloudflare that resulted in problems accessing our API and frontend services starting from Nov 18, 2025 โ€“ 11:48 UTC.

    Due to this Cloudflare outage, API request failures may have affected orders submitted during this time window. As a result, some orders may appear in a Pending state. Our team is currently performing manual verification and sequentially retrying affected requests.

    As of Nov 18, 2025 โ€“ 14:42 UTC, Cloudflare has resolved most of the underlying issues, and access to the PacketStream Dashboard and API appears to be functioning normally again.

    We will continue to monitor the situation and ensure all impacted requests are properly processed.
