대한민국 PoP(ICN)에서 아래 일정으로 예정된 유지보수 작업이 진행될 예정임을 안내드립니다.
본 유지보수는 DDoS 보호 인프라의 안정성 향상 및 신규 기능 추가를 위한 펌웨어 업그레이드 작업입니다.
당사의 DDoS 보호 인프라는 A/B 이중화 구조로 구성되어 있어, 유지보수 동안 전체 서비스 중단은 발생하지 않습니다.
다만, 작업 중 트래픽이 A/B 구간으로 전환되는 과정에서 순간적인 통신 손실 또는 재전송이 발생할 수 있습니다.
해당 현상은 1초 미만의 매우 짧은 시간 동안 발생하며, 작업 시간 중 여러 차례 발생할 수 있습니다.
유지보수 일정
· 시간대: 한국 표준시(KST)
· 일자: 1월 12일(월)
· 시간: 오전 02:00 ~ 오전 04:00
유지보수 작업 중 일부 네트워크 단절(Partial Network Outage) 이 발생할 수 있습니다.

We want to make you aware that there will be planned maintenance on South Korea Pop (ICN) as below schedule.

We will be performing firmware upgrades to improve the stability of our DDoS protection infrastructure and add new features.
Our DDoS protection infrastructure is redundant with A and B sides, so there will be no complete service interruption during the maintenance.
However, due to the maintenance, there may be a momentary loss of communication or retransmission when traffic is diverted between the A and B sides. This is transient, lasting less than a second, and can happen several times.

Maintenance work:
· Korea Standard Time (KST)
· Date: Jan 12(Mon)
· Time: 02:00 AM - 04:00 AM
During the maintenance work, partial network outages may occur

We identified an issue caused by Cloudflare that resulted in problems accessing our API and frontend services starting from Nov 18, 2025 – 11:48 UTC.
Due to this Cloudflare outage, API request failures may have affected orders submitted during this time window. As a result, some orders may appear in a Pending state. Our team is currently performing manual verification and sequentially retrying affected requests.
As of Nov 18, 2025 – 14:42 UTC, Cloudflare has resolved most of the underlying issues, and access to the PacketStream Dashboard and API appears to be functioning normally again.
We will continue to monitor the situation and ensure all impacted requests are properly processed.

이 영향으로, 해당 시간대에 제출된 일부 주문 건은 API 요청 실패로 인해 Pending 상태로 처리될 수 있습니다. 이에 대해 담당자가 순차적으로 수동 확인 및 재시도 처리를 진행하고 있습니다.
2025년 11월 18일 14:42 UTC 기준으로 Cloudflare의 문제가 대부분 해소되었으며, 현재 PacketStream 대시보드 및 API는 정상적으로 접근 가능한 것으로 확인됩니다.
당사는 상황을 지속적으로 모니터링하며, 모든 영향받은 요청이 정상 처리될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠습니다.

Attack traffic has decreased to a manageable level, and our network remains stable.
We are continuing enhanced monitoring to ensure full stability across all routes.

We are working closely with our upstream providers to perform additional mitigation and preventive measures.
Further updates will be provided if any new actions are required.

Traffic redistribution measures have been successfully implemented.
For stability reasons, some prefixes have been temporarily rerouted through our Japan POP.
As a result, users accessing services from within Korea may experience up to 30ms of additional latency while traffic is routed via Japan.
Once the issue affecting the ICN POP is fully resolved, traffic will automatically revert to routing through the Korea POP.
At this time, network conditions have largely stabilized, and services are operating normally.

현재 트래픽 분산 조치가 정상적으로 적용되었습니다.
네트워크 안정성을 위해 일부 prefix는 임시로 일본 POP을 통해 ReRoute 처리되었습니다.
이에 따라 한국 내 접속 시 최대 약 30ms의 추가 레이턴시가 발생할 수 있습니다.
ICN POP 관련 이슈가 완전히 해결되는 대로 트래픽은 자동으로 한국 POP 경로로 복구될 예정입니다.
현재는 대부분의 네트워크 상태가 안정화되었으며, 서비스는 정상적으로 운영 중입니다.

We are currently experiencing a large-scale attack through our Domestic Transit at the ICN POP.
As a result, some network segments may experience temporary latency.
Our engineering team is actively mitigating the issue by distributing and filtering traffic in real-time.
We expect that most users will not be affected, but if you are experiencing any issues, please contact our support center immediately.

현재 ICN POP의 Domestic Transit 구간을 통해 대규모 공격이 발생하고 있습니다.
이에 따라 일부 구간에서 지연이 발생할 수 있습니다.
현재 엔지니어팀이 실시간으로 트래픽 분산 및 필터링 조치를 긴급히 진행 중이며,
대부분의 이용자에게는 영향이 없을 것으로 예상됩니다.
