ISP Engineer found the problematic section and completed the restoration of the optical cable.
We have a connection issue with SKB-AS(AS9318).It is all redundant, and one has a problem with the fiber connection.Therefore, the current connection is normal, but the uplink capacity has decreased.ISP Engineer is currently on site to investigate the fiber failure issue.
This incident has been resolved.
We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident.
Korea Telecom's (AS4766) international router module has failed and urgent replacement work is in progress.
This is only an issue for international traffic over AS4766; domestic traffic is not affected.
We expect the work to be completed within 30 minutes.
We are currently investigating this incident.
