We will be conducting a statutory inspection of the Switchgear/Distribution Board at the ICN04 Data Center.
This is a scheduled preventive maintenance and will not affect services.
Schedule
- Work Details: Mandatory inspection of electrical facilities (ICN04)
- Date & Time: Sunday, August 17, 2025, 08:00 – 10:00 KST
- Impact: No service impact as UPS and generators will operate normally
  (During the inspection, general and freight EV will be unavailable)

We would like to inform you about the upcoming maintenance on our DDoS protection systems in the ICN04 and TYO01(NRT01) regions, due to a software upgrade aimed at improving system performance and stability.
Please note that this maintenance only affects the ICN04 and TYO01(NRT01) regions. All other regions will remain unaffected.
Please refer to the following details for the schedule and expected impact:
- Maintenance Purpose: DDoS protection system software enhancement
- Scheduled Time: July 28, 2025, from 03:00 AM to 05:00 AM (KST)
- Expected Impact: Brief traffic loss of less than 3–5 minutes during the maintenance window
  (A single reset of TCP sessions may occur)
We will perform this operation with minimal impact by leveraging redundant paths where available, and will complete the work as swiftly as possible.

A case has been opened with PCCW, and although we have not yet received an official response from them, the BGP session with PCCW has since recovered and communication is currently operating normally.
We will continue to await a formal reply from PCCW, and this incident will remain open until we have confirmed that the issue has been fully resolved.

현재 PCCW에 케이스가 오픈된 상태이며, 아직 공식적인 답변은 받지 못했지만 BGP 세션은 복구되었고 현재 통신은 정상적으로 이루어지고 있습니다.

We are currently experiencing an issue with the PCCW upstream path at ICN04. The BGP session with PCCW is down at this time, and we have requested an investigation from their side.
There is no issue on our equipment — the disruption is confirmed to originate from PCCW.
Further updates from the carrier will be posted on our status page as they become available.

현재 ICN04에서 PCCW 업스트림 경로에 장애가 발생하였으며, PCCW와의 BGP 세션이 중단된 상태입니다. 해당 문제에 대해 PCCW 측에 조사를 요청한 상태입니다.
당사 장비에는 이상이 없으며, 본 장애는 PCCW 측에서 발생한 것으로 확인되었습니다.

We have identified that CRC errors are increasing due to a module and cable issue on a specific port connected to the IPS/IDS device at ICN04.
We have temporarily disabled communication through the affected port. Although this has slightly reduced the overall network processing capacity, there is currently no impact on network communication.
Given the current traffic levels, we do not anticipate any issues arising from the reduced capacity. We plan to replace the faulty component today without causing any service disruption.

해당 포트의 통신은 현재 일시적으로 차단된 상태이며, 이로 인해 네트워크 처리 용량이 다소 감소하였으나, 전체 네트워크 통신에는 영향을 미치지 않고 있습니다.
현재의 트래픽 수준을 고려할 때, 감소된 용량으로도 서비스에는 전혀 문제가 없을 것으로 판단되며, 금일 중으로 서비스 중단 없이 관련 부품을 교체할 예정입니다.

We will be performing PDU cabling inspection and improvement work on the server rack that hosts our dashboard-related servers.
As a result, the dashboard service may experience temporary interruptions during the scheduled maintenance window.
Please note that this maintenance will not affect any other services, including running virtual servers, CDN, or network operations. All other systems will remain fully operational.
