    Please note that this maintenance only affects the ICN04 and TYO01(NRT01) regions. All other regions will remain unaffected.

    • Maintenance Purpose: DDoS protection system software enhancement

    • Scheduled Time: July 28, 2025, from 03:00 AM to 05:00 AM (KST)

    • Expected Impact: Brief traffic loss of less than 3โ€“5 minutes during the maintenance window
      (A single reset of TCP sessions may occur)

    We will perform this operation with minimal impact by leveraging redundant paths where available, and will complete the work as swiftly as possible.

    We have identified that CRC errors are increasing due to a module and cable issue on a specific port connected to the IPS/IDS device at ICN04.

    We have temporarily disabled communication through the affected port. Although this has slightly reduced the overall network processing capacity, there is currently no impact on network communication.

    Given the current traffic levels, we do not anticipate any issues arising from the reduced capacity. We plan to replace the faulty component today without causing any service disruption.
