We confirmed that Packet Loss ( >20% ) was continuously occurring due to a problem with the edge router of a specific ISP on the outbound path we set.
The ISP where the problem occurred assumed that it was a line card issue with a specific edge router, and all paths to the problematic edge router were removed.
Currently, all services are operational.
We plan to re-route traffic again after confirming that all issues with the edge router have been resolved.
